Biography

Emrana is ITT’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, a role she began in February 2025.

Prior to joining ITT, she spent five years in leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson before becoming the Chief Talent & Diversity Officer for its spin-off company, Kenvue Inc. In addition, Ms. Sheikh held various senior human resources roles at Asian Paints, Mahindra & Mahindra and FedEx.

Emrana holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Mumbai, India. She also holds a post graduate diploma in Management from the University of Leicester, UK.
